What data UseCoupon collects and how it is used.
What we collect
When you click a coupon we record the store, the coupon, the page language, the referring page and the type of device. We do not store your IP address. If you subscribe to alerts or request a store, we store the email address or website you give us.
Why we collect it
We use click records to attribute commissions from stores and to understand which coupons are useful. We use your email address only to send the deal alerts you asked for, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies
Signing in to the admin panel sets one necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and coupons are useful, but its cookie is only set after you allow "Analytics" in the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer — it is never loaded before that. You can withdraw that choice at any time, and we do not use marketing cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. When you click through to a store, that store and its affiliate network may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.
